its all about the intention

Hello, I’M Leah, USA BASED PHOTOGRAPHER, TRAVELER AND creative.

As a minister of beauty, I create experiences that connect, equip and reorient those dedicated to bringing about an era when all life thrives.

As an accomplished artist and designer, beauty is my language and nature is my framework. Whether I’m guiding a quest for purpose, a leadership journey, or an Artist Retreat, I use beauty to expand and elevate how we think and how we see our world.

Beauty is my why and my way.

I have come to learn that beauty is far more than aesthetic, it is essence. It isn’t only outside of you, it is you. When beauty is revealed and engaged, it leads to a profound connection in us and between us. From this new place, new possibilities are revealed. This is why beauty is my language and framework for deeply human work.

My background includes a long study of brand strategy, graphic design, experience design, coaching practices, and ancient wisdoms. I have an uncanny ability to help people see their world and work through this new lens of possibility. It is how individuals and organizations envision real potential and a path forward.

I am open to interesting and deep work that enlivens the beauty in individuals, cultures, and communities.

LET'S HAVE A CONVERSATION

Brand development

My practice is informed by 30 years of experience guiding leaders and teams in brand strategy, brand expression and agency-building. As a hybrid creative director, strategist and designer, I’ve worked with B2B, B2C, and non-profit organizations all over the world. My career reflects a persistent quest to uncover the deeper meanings of the beauty that we encounter around us and in us. Ultimately, I help organizations connect their customers and communities to their higher purpose.

People development

As a seasoned experience designer, facilitator, and coach, my beauty-centered experiences have helped people articulate life purpose, navigate complex transitions, and embed beauty as a practice across an entire organization in order to foster belonging and well-being. This is sacred work because it is deeply human work. The ultimate goal is for all of us to learn how to live and work in right relationship with all of life.

Community development

After a decade of running my own arts Foundation, I have learned three core design tenants for supporting art and community—Beauty, Radical Hospitality, and Embodied Experience. Utilizing these tenants, I’ve created and led immersive experiences for global gatherings like the House of Beautiful Business, TED, leadership decelerators, and vision retreats for boards. Audiences are often moved by the message and proof that beauty is a portal to hope and healing in this world.
